TDA Tax Depreciation is a national property services business, delivering depreciation schedules and valuations for property investors and their advisers. We're growing, and this role is central to how we manage our people and our obligations as we do.

About the role A true generalist role, covering HR and compliance end to end across our corporate team and our wider network. You'll have real ownership and a lot of variety. If you want a narrow specialist lane, this isn't it.

What you'll be doing

- HR generalist — recruitment, contracts, onboarding and inductions, check-ins, offboarding and exit interviews
- Payroll support — employee records, leave, overtime and time-in-lieu, working alongside our payroll provider
- Performance & employee relations — supporting managers through performance conversations, running the review cycle, keeping policies and the handbook current
- Compliance — maintaining registers and agreements, monitoring obligations and renewals,



and following matters through to close-out
- WHS/OHS — incident and hazard reporting, safety inspections, first aid and fire warden appointments, ergonomic assessments
- Reporting — a monthly HR dashboard for leadership
- Culture — engagement surveys, recognition and service milestones, social and wellbeing initiatives

What you'll bring

- Solid HR generalist experience in an Australian business, ideally 2+ years
- Confident interpreting Up-to-date Awards and applying Fair Work processes correctly
- Strong compliance instincts — you notice when a certificate has lapsed or a register hasn't been touched in six months
- Clear, professional written communication
- Exposure to a multi-site or network business is an advantage
