Qualifications

- Knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices in a remote or distributed work setting.
- Solid communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills to support a diverse workforce.
- Proficiency with HR systems or tools, record-keeping, and basic data analysis for HR reporting.
- Ability to work independently in a part-time remote role, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
- Previous HR management or generalist experience in an e-commerce or customer-focused organization is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
