Role Description The part time remote HR Manager will oversee key human resources functions to support the company’s workforce and organizational goals. This role includes managing recruitment and selection processes, coordinating onboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation. The HR Manager will handle day-to-day employee relations, support performance management activities, and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies.

The role also involves developing and updating HR procedures, supporting training and development initiatives, and partnering with leadership to promote a positive, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements relevant to the region.




- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple priorities in a part-time role.
- Comfort with HR information systems, productivity tools, and remote collaboration platforms.
- Ability to partner with leadership to support workforce planning, engagement, and culture-building initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Experience in manufacturing or technical environments is beneficial but not required.
