About the role

We are currently seeking for a HR Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Queensland.

Key responsibilities

- Responsible for coordinating recruitment, onboarding, mobilization, and personnel administration processes.
- Supporting the progressive hiring of resources for the design, construction, commissioning, and operations phases.

About you

- Required experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or personnel administration.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication,



and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic, fast-paced project environments and manage evolving workforce requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Education: Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, or an equivalent qualification.
