About the role

You will leverage your expertise to align HR strategies with business goals, driving growth and success across the organization. You will report directly to the Managing Director of House of Brands Oceania Property Limited (ex Breitling Oceania).

Key responsibilities

- Act as a strategic partner supporting the Leadership in forecasting workforce needs

- Be involved in Talent Acquisition Strategies by consistently attracting, recruiting and maintaining high-quality staff across all levels of the organization

- Coordinate and support the onboarding process and provide suggestions for improvement

- Play a key-support role in the performance review process by tracking timelines, assisting with documentation, and ensuring policy alignment

- Assist in updating HR policy documents and support communication efforts around HR procedures and compliance

- Foster a positive culture that aligns with company values and objectives

- Oversee Payroll, provide HR advice and support to managers and teams

- Act as a mediator and advisor on employee relations issues

- Assist in maintaining compliance records and support audits or reviews related to Fair Work legislation and company policy
