About Us

McLardy McShane Insurance Group brings together McLardy McShane Insurance Advisors, McLardy McShane Partners and Victory Funding under one banner, combining specialist expertise across insurance broking and premium funding.

McLardy McShane was founded in 2007 when Don McLardy and Mike McShane brought their insurance businesses together to build something different - a network of people who share values, act with integrity and give back to the communities they work in. That people-first, community-minded approach still shapes how the McLardy McShane Insurance Group operates today, across a growing network of advisors, authorised representatives and joint venture partners.

We're a people first, fun, entrepreneurial and family-friendly business that backs our people to grow - and we believe a thriving community is essential to the success of the businesses we support.

- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle — recruitment, onboarding, contracts, performance, leave and offboarding — for these businesses.

Incident Management

- Lead the response to workplace incidents, employee relations matters, investigations, complaints and grievances, ensuring fair, timely and well-documented resolution and escalating material issues to the Head of People & Culture.
- Maintain incident registers and reporting, identifying trends and recommending preventative action.
