We're growing our Archerfield Distribution Centre and hiring two warehouse leadership roles: an Inbound Supervisor and an Outbound Supervisor. These roles require an individual with strong warehouse operations experience and a genuine ability to lead a small team through a rapid-paced, high-accuracy environment.

Safety and accuracy are paramount in aviation, and both roles need a sharp eye for detail and strong ownership of their section.

Inbound Supervisor – leads receiving, inspection, putaway and inbound stock accuracy, ensuring every part meets quality and certification standards before it hits the shelf.

Outbound Supervisor – leads picking, packing, dispatch and freight coordination, ensuring every order goes out right, on time and compliant.

Both roles will:

- Lead and coach a small team, building a high-performance culture focused on accountability, teamwork and customer outcomes
- Drive stock control and inventory accuracy in a busy,



high-volume environment
- Support alignment with company procedures and regulatory requirements
- Lead Work Health and Safety practices within their section

As a minimum, you'll need:

- Min. 2 years' experience in a store, logistics, warehouse, supply chain or similar role
- Genuine leadership ability, with a track record of lifting team performance
- Ability to lead a team through a busy, deadline-driven environment
- Physical fitness for manual handling tasks

Highly regarded (not essential):

- Experience within aerospace, automotive, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, defence or another regulated industry
- Experience within a high-flow, fast-paced distribution centre
- Current forklift licence

We're looking for genuine leaders – people who don't just manage a section, but actively drive standards, ownership and continuous improvement within their team. This role will be entitled to an annual sales bonus based on the annual performance of the company.
