Our client is seeking a Sales Manager to join a luxury jewellery showroom in Subiaco!

This is a full-time, hands-on role for an experienced retail leader with strong jewellery knowledge and a passion for luxury sales. You’ll oversee day-to-day showroom operations, mentor and develop your sales team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining the highest standards of presentation and service.

What you’ll be doing:

- Lead, motivate and support the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
- Deliver expert advice and product recommendations to customers
- Manage staff rosters, scheduling, and showroom operations
- Maintain stock awareness, showroom presentation, and inventory management
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports using Excel and Microsoft Office
- Conduct staff training and coaching on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Resolve customer enquiries professionally and maintain a high-end showroom setting

What you’ll need:





- Retail management experience in the luxury or jewellery industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office for reporting
- Attention to detail and sound decision-making skills
- Team player with ability to deliver and receive constructive feedback
