What you’ll be doing:

- Generate current vendor leads and property listings through prospecting, networking,



and local partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, referral partners, and community contacts
- Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to expand market presence
- Collaborate with marketing to drive local campaigns and track lead performance
- Report on business development activities and results to leadership

What you’ll need:

- Certificate IV (Restricted/Unrestricted)
- Real Estate experience (either Sales/PM)
- Must love outbound/lead generation & networking
