Your opportunity: * Manage the day-to-day running of the school canteen, including food preparation, counter service and coordinating staff and volunteers. * Monitor stock levels, arrange supplier orders and undertake regular stocktakes, ensuring accurate records are maintained for purchasing and catering activities. * Build effective relationships with suppliers and support the delivery of quality customer service and approved marketing activities. * Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety across the canteen, including the protected use and upkeep of equipment. * Supervise and support canteen staff and volunteers,



including providing training, preparing weekly rosters, maintaining workplace procedures and managing daily cash handling and reconciliation. Please view the role description for a full list of responsibilities.
