About the Role

As the Information Technology Support Analyst, you will provide high-quality technical support to end users across the business, ensuring ICT services are delivered effectively and aligned with business needs. You will manage incidents and service requests, support a range of Microsoft technologies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT systems and services.

Responsibilities

- Managing ICT service request and Incidents for hardware and software, ensuring responses are based on ITIL principles
- Provide local and remote support for hardware, software, and user issues
- Support and troubleshooting of local AV / Microsoft Teams equipment
- Install, configure, update, and remove business applications
- Deploy and configure hardware for new and existing employees
- Manage and maintain ICT asset registers and software licensing compliance

About you

- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar IT support role
- Proven experience diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 environments




- Experience with Active Directory administration and support
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting skills
