We’re looking for an Innovation Leader - Beer to join our ANZ Innovation & Ventures team and play a key role in shaping the future of Lion’s beer portfolio.

This is an opportunity to look beyond what consumers are drinking today and help us imagine what they’ll want tomorrow. You’ll turn consumer, category and cultural insights into meaningful innovation opportunities, build our three-year beer innovation pipeline and work alongside some of Lion’s most recognised brands to bring new ideas to life.

You’ll be part of a business where collaboration matters. Working across Brand, Insights, Sales, Finance, Supply, Lion and Kirin R&D; and external innovation partners, you’ll bring different perspectives together to create ideas that are distinctive, commercially strong and genuinely relevant to consumers.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone who combines creativity with strategic thinking. Someone who can spot an opportunity, turn insight into an idea and then bring people with them to make it happen.

You’ll bring

- Strong innovation and creative thinking, with the ability to turn consumer and category insights into compelling growth opportunities
- A strategic mindset and experience building or shaping innovation pipelines and portfolios
- Deep consumer curiosity and the ability to uncover insights that lead to differentiated ideas
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly across complex cross-functional environments
- Commercial judgement and the ability to balance consumer desirability,



business viability and technical feasibility
- Experience partnering across areas such as Brand, Insights, R&D;, design or product development
- Experience in FMCG, beverages or another fast-moving consumer environment would be highly regarded
