Here at LION, we’re looking for an Integrated Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, based at our York Street office in Sydney.

Reporting to the Head of Demand Planning and joining a team of five, you’ll play a key role in connecting Sales and Supply to build an accurate, aligned view of demand across the Australian market. You’ll combine data, commercial insight and strong cross-functional partnerships to improve forecasting, optimise inventory and support better business decisions.

What you’ll do:

- Build and own the 12-month demand plan, blending data, market insights, and customer intelligence

- Partner across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to align demand with big-picture business goals

- Lead scenario planning and strategies to enhance productivity, boost efficiency, and delight customers

- Drive the S&OP; / ITP process, manage risks, and collaborate directly with customers to enrich forecasts

- Challenge the status quo — improving tools, processes, and ways of working for a stronger, smarter supply chain

What you’ll bring:

- A degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field

- Experience in Demand Planning, S&OP;, or Supply Chain (FMCG &/or Customer experience a bonus!)

- Sharp analytical skills, strong stakeholder management, and a knack for making complex data actionable

- Experience with SAP IBP/APO

- Big-picture thinking with an eye for detail — and a passion for making an impact
