About The Role As an Intermediate/Senior Accountant, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality service across a varied client portfolio, while being supported and mentored by experienced leaders within the firm. Key responsibilities include:

- Preparation of financial statements and tax returns for a range of clients (companies, trusts, partnerships and individuals)
- Managing compliance work including BAS, IAS and other statutory obligations
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Assisting with tax planning and advisory work
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members (senior candidates)




- Contributing to process improvement and internal best practice

About you:

- CA/CPA qualified or actively working towards completion
- 2+ years' experience in a public practice environment
- Strong technical accounting and taxation knowledge
- Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g. Xero, MYOB, XPM)
- A genuine desire to grow, learn, and progress within a supportive team environment
