Essential Requirements for role: · Minimum 2 years' experience as a Scaffolder, preferably within the mining, resources or construction industry

· Current HRWL – Intermediate Scaffolding

· Previous experience erecting,



dismantling and modifying scaffolding for maintenance and construction activities

· Experience working around conveyor systems or fixed plant is highly desirable

· Current Working at Heights and Confined Space certifications

· White Card

· Full Australian working rights

· Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol Screening (DAS)

· Ability to provide a satisfactory National Police Clearance

· Reliable, safety-focused and takes pride in the quality of work

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow site procedures

Desirable:

· Experience working on conveyor maintenance projects

· EWP / Forklift tickets

· Basic or Intermediate Rigging

· Mechanical/conveyor maintenance experience

· Demonstrated potential to progress into a Leading Hand role

Key Responsibilities (Intermediate Scaffolder):

Erecting, dismantling and modifying scaffolding and temporary platforms

- Assessing scaffold requirements and planning layouts according to work requirements
- Ensuring scaffolds are stable, secure and compliant with applicable standards
- Conducting scaffold inspections and maintaining scaffold tags and registers
- Completing required safety documentation, including JHA/SWP/SWMS and permits
- Conducting pre-start checks of equipment and scaffolding gear
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area and scaffold storage yard
- Working closely with supervisors and other site personnel to complete tasks safely and efficiently
- Performing other duties as reasonably directed by the Supervisor
