Métier Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading provider to find a confident, motivated Internal Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team in the heart of Adelaide's CBD.

In this pivotal role, you’ll manage the full recruitment process for roles ranging from entry-level frontline staff to management and niche specialist positions. You’ll deliver group information sessions, conduct tailored one-on-one interviews, and proactively headhunt to secure top talent in a competitive market.

What you’ll be doing:

- Source, screen and shortlist quality candidates for a variety of roles.
- Facilitate engaging group information sessions to attract and inform candidates.
- Conduct in-depth one-on-one interviews for niche and senior positions.
- Proactively headhunt and build strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
- Make confident recommendations and present top candidates to the General Manager for final interviews.
- Support a positive candidate experience and contribute to a robust team culture.

What you’ll bring:





- Proven recruitment experience — ideally in high-volume, internal or employment services recruitment.
- Excellent presentation skills — confident running group sessions and individual interviews.
- Strong headhunting and proactive sourcing abilities.
- Decisive and professional — trusted to make recommendations to senior management.
