About the Client

Our Client is a leading supplier servicing customers across the industrial and safety sectors. This role provides the prospect to work within a customer-focused team supporting trade and business customers.

What You Will Be Doing

As an Internal Sales/Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for the below duties:
- Manage customer enquiries and provide customer service over the phone
- Support sales representatives with customer and sales enquiries
- Key and process customer orders accurately
- Complete data entry and maintain accurate customer information
- Use CRM systems to manage customer interactions and information
- Assist customers at the trade desk when required

What You Will Need

To be successful in this role you will need to have the below:
- Current Driver’s Licence




- Previous internal sales or customer service experience
- Industrial or safety industry experience highly preferred
- Experience using CRM systems, with HubSpot highly preferred
- Strong communication and data entry skills
