Description

Role Introduction

We’re looking for an Inventory Coordinator to join our Purchasing team at Creature Technology. You’ll work alongside our existing Inventory Coordinator to receive, inspect, record, store, and move the parts, materials, and consumables used across our building and workshop.

A Little About the Role

This role combines goods receiving, inventory coordination, documentation checks, basic incoming inspection, materials handling, and dispatch. You’ll work closely with Purchasing and teams across our workshop to make sure incoming items are accurately checked, recorded, stored, and available when needed.

Why This Role Matters The creatures we build rely on thousands of individual parts, materials, components, and consumables coming together at the right time. Accurate inventory records, clearly labelled stock, complete documentation, and careful goods handling all help our teams build safely and keep projects moving. Your work will directly support the engineering, fabrication, and production teams bringing our animatronic creatures to life.

- Are organised, practical, and comfortable identifying and resolving inventory or delivery discrepancies.
- Have Australian working rights for the duration of the contract.
- Can work full-time onsite at our Port Melbourne office and workshop.
