As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated Helpdesk Consultant (Level 1/2) to join our Brisbane team.

You will work closely with clients across a variety of industries, assisting with support requests, technology deployments, cloud solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
About the RoleAs a Helpdesk Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients while developing your skills across a broad range of Microsoft technologies.
Your responsibilities will include
- Providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to clients
- Troubleshooting Microsoft 365, Windows, networking and cloud-related issues
- Logging, managing and resolving support tickets in accordance with service level agreements
- Assisting with user onboarding, system configuration and device deployments
- Supporting Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online and Endpoint Management solutions
- Working with senior consultants to deliver client projects and technology implementations
- Maintaining documentation and knowledge base articles
- Building robust relationships with clients through exceptional customer service
- Participating in continual learning and professional development activities

Essential Experience and SkillsApplicants should demonstrate some of the following:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Passion for technology and problem solving
- Experience supporting Windows desktop and laptop environments
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and services
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Outlook and Office applications
- Ability to troubleshoot common hardware, software and network issues
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A commitment to learning and professional growth
Desirable ExperienceThe following experience will be highly regarded:
- Previous experience in an IT helpdesk, service desk, MSP or technical support environment
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 tenants
- Knowledge of Azure services and cloud technologies
- Experience with Dynamics 365 applications
- Experience with Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps and Power Automate
- Understanding of Microsoft Fabric and data analytics platforms
- Experience with device management technologies such as Microsoft Intune
- Knowledge of networking concepts, firewalls and internet connectivity
- Experience delivering technical projects or solution implementations
Cybersecurity Experience (Highly Advantageous)Candidates with cybersecurity skills and experience will be viewed favourably. Particular advantages include experience or knowledge of:
- Microsoft Defender
- Microsoft Purview
- Microsoft Sentinel
- Identity and access management
- Multi-factor authentication
- Security monitoring and threat detection
- Data protection and information governance
- Cybersecurity best practices and frameworks
Desirable Qualifications
- Certificate IV in Information Technology
- Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Information Technology
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
- Microsoft certifications
- Cybersecurity certifications
- Networking certifications
