Role Description The IT Support Office (Entry / Junior Level) skilled will provide day-to-day technical assistance to internal users and remote collaborators, ensuring that systems and tools run smoothly in support of La Pizarra’s virtual art platform.

Responsibilities include responding to help desk requests, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues on desktop computers, and assisting with basic network and connectivity problems. The role will also involve maintaining user accounts, updating documentation, and supporting digital platforms used by artists and staff. This is a full-time remote role, requiring consistent communication, timely issue resolution, and collaboration with team members to improve the overall IT environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Technical Support and Help Desk Support for end users.




- Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting and resolving common hardware and software issues.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Desktop Computers, including installation, configuration, and basic maintenance.
- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Information Technology and familiarity with common operating systems and office software.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include strong communication skills, customer service orientation, attention to detail, and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
- An associate degree, technical diploma, or equivalent experience in IT or related fields is preferred but not mandatory for motivated entry-level candidates.
