We are looking for a reliable and service-oriented IT Support Officer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance to employees, maintain IT systems and equipment, and ensure smooth day-to-day technology operations across the organization.

? Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to employees and users.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.

• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and IT peripherals.

• Set up user accounts, devices, software, and system access.

• Respond to IT support requests and resolve issues within appropriate timeframes.

• Monitor and maintain IT systems, networks, and equipment.

• Assist with Microsoft 365, Windows, email, and business applications.

• Maintain IT asset inventories and technical documentation.

• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT personnel when required.

• Follow company IT security policies and operational procedures.

? Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,



or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and IT support tools is an advantage.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer-service mindset and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to learn new technologies and systems.

• Fresh graduates with relevant technical knowledge or internship experience are welcome to apply.
