Role Description The IT Support Office (Entry / Junior Level) role is a full-time remote position responsible for providing technical assistance to internal staff and supporting the organization’s digital art platform. Day-to-day tasks include responding to help desk requests, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring desktop computers and related systems run smoothly. The role involves monitoring IT systems, performing basic maintenance, updating software, and escalating complex issues to senior team members when needed.

This position also supports users in navigating online tools, maintaining documentation of issues and resolutions, and contributing to continuous improvement of IT processes to keep the platform secure, stable, and user-friendly.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Technical Support and Help Desk Support for end users.




- Practical experience with Troubleshooting common hardware, software, and network issues.
- Working knowledge of Desktop Computers, operating systems, and peripheral devices.
- Basic understanding of Information Technology concepts, including security and system updates.
- Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset for supporting non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and follow procedures.
- Interest in arts and culture or experience supporting creative/online platforms is a plus.
- Relevant coursework, certification (e.g., CompTIA A+), or equivalent practical experience in IT support.
