Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an IT Support Office (Entry / Junior Level) professional. The person in this role will provide first-line technical support to internal users, including responding to help desk tickets, emails, and chat requests. Daily activities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues on desktop computers, assisting with basic network connectivity problems, and supporting common office applications and collaboration tools.

The role involves documenting incidents and resolutions, maintaining up-to-date records of assets and configurations, and escalating more complex issues to senior IT staff when needed. The IT Support Office professional will also contribute to improving support processes by suggesting enhancements and helping create simple user guides and FAQs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Technical Support and Help Desk Support for entry-level or junior IT environments.
- Candidates should demonstrate solid Troubleshooting abilities for common hardware,



software, and connectivity issues.
- Candidates should have practical experience with Desktop Computers, including installation, configuration, and basic maintenance.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Information Technology concepts, operating systems, and office productivity tools.
- Robust customer service orientation, clear written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage priorities, and follow established procedures and security guidelines.
- Relevant education such as a technical course, associate degree, or early-stage bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is beneficial.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, remote support tools, and basic cybersecurity practices is a plus.
