Role Description The Jewellery Store Team Member (Sales Associate) is a full-time, on-site role based at our store in Hoppers Crossing, VIC. In this position, you will greet customers, provide product recommendations, and support them in selecting jewellery that suits their style and budget.

You will handle sales transactions, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure displays are clean, organized, and appealing.

Daily tasks include polishing and caring for jewellery pieces, restocking inventory, and assisting with basic store operations such as opening and closing procedures.



You will also help educate customers about product features and care instructions, support occasional in-store promotions, and collaborate with the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

- Customer-focused skills, including strong Customer Service abilities and confidence engaging with diverse shoppers.
- Hands-on jewellery skills, such as experience with Jewelry Design, Fashion Jewelry, and basic Polishing or product care.
- Ability to support Training activities, including sharing product knowledge with teammates and helping onboard new team members.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain product features and care instructions clearly.
- Attention to detail and pride in store presentation, including merchandizing and maintaining a tidy, welcoming environment.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment, with reliable time management and basic point-of-sale (POS) skills.
- Previous retail or jewellery store experience is beneficial but not required; a genuine interest in fashion and accessories is highly valued.
- Availability to work a full-time schedule, including weekends and peak trading periods as required.
