Role Description In this full-time, on-site role based in Sydney, NSW, the Job Title will support the delivery of high-quality fertility and reproductive health services within Virtus Health’s integrated clinical and operational framework. Day-to-day responsibilities may include collaborating with medical and scientific teams, supporting patients through key stages of their treatment journey, and ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to clinical protocols. The role will involve coordinating with internal stakeholders to maintain smooth clinic operations,



contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

The Job

Title will also participate in team meetings, share insights to enhance patient experience, and engage in ongoing professional development aligned with Virtus Health’s commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

- Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., healthcare, science, nursing, administration, or related field) and experience in a clinical, laboratory, or medical practice setting.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and support a diverse patient population.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality, safety, and ethical practice, including familiarity with healthcare regulations and confidentiality requirements.
- Proficiency in common digital tools and clinical or practice management systems, with the ability to learn current technologies and workflows quickly.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Sydney, NSW, with a proactive, patient-centered approach and resilience in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Prior experience in fertility, reproductive health, or related specialties is advantageous but not essential.
