Junior Data EngineerRole DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and technically minded Junior Data Engineer to support the development and maintenance of reliable data infrastructure and pipelines. The role involves collecting, transforming, integrating, and validating data from multiple sources to ensure it is accurate, accessible, and ready for analysis. You will contribute to building ETL/ELT workflows, maintaining data pipelines, optimizing data processing, and supporting data quality and governance initiatives.

You will collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and business teams to understand data requirements and deliver scalable solutions that enable effective reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.




- Fundamental understanding of databases, data structures, algorithms, and data processing concepts.
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python or another programming language.
- Basic knowledge of relational and non-relational databases and data modeling.
- Understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, and data integration concepts.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, distributed systems, or data engineering tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to troubleshoot data issues and maintain data accuracy and consistency.
- Good communication and collaboration skills with a structured and proactive approach.
- Qualified proficiency in English.
