About the role

We're looking for a Junior Draftsperson to join our team on a contract basis, creating accurate shop floor plans for our network of pharmacy locations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate looking to build hands-on, real-world drafting experience combining site work with technical documentation. You'll travel to pharmacy sites to measure and assess store layouts, then translate your findings into precise floor plans using our latest planogramming software, mapping out gondola placement, shelving specifications, and overall store layout.

This role is predominantly field-based, with our main office located in Molendinar.

Key responsibilities

- Conducting in office visits to over 180 pharmacy locations across QLD & NSW, to measure and assess shop floor and category space
- Creating accurate, detailed floor plans using planogramming software
- Documenting precise specifications for gondolas, shelving, and fixtures




- Ensuring all drawings reflect true-to-site measurements and layout
- Liaising professionally with pharmacy staff during site visits
- Managing your own schedule to efficiently plan and complete site visits

About you

- A recent graduate (or junior-level) with a background in drafting, design, or a related field
- Robust attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in measurements and documentation
- Comfortable working independently and traveling to different sites regularly
- Good communication skills for in office interactions
- A valid driver's licence (essential, as travel is a core part of the role)
- Willingness to learn new software, training on our planogramming system will be provided
- Autocad experience highly beneficial
