About the Company
Our client is a highly reputable developer-builder specialising in the delivery of luxury Class 2 residential projects. With a strong pipeline of developments across Sydney's premium suburbs, the business is seeking an experienced Junior Project Manager / Project Coordinator with proven Class 2 residential new-build experience to join its dynamic and growing team.

About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will gain exposure to the full construction cycle and provide hands-on support to the project and construction teams. This is a full-time, office-based role with regular site involvement, offering an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a leading developer-builder.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and interpret project documentation, including approvals, drawings, reports and specifications, to develop a thorough understanding of project requirements.
- Support the project and construction teams with day-to-day project management activities, including consultant and subcontractor procurement, programme and EOT tracking, meeting coordination and minutes, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Manage and maintain project documentation in accordance with company filing procedures and document control requirements.
- Prepare internal drawings, mark-ups and project documentation under direction using AutoCAD, Revit and Bluebeam.
- Ensure the site team receives accurate, complete and up-to-date project information.
- Coordinate and follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure actions and deliverables are completed on time.
- Assist with the coordination of consultants, subcontractors and other project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the Senior Project Manager in monitoring project progress, key milestones and project deliverables, maintain planning portal.
About You
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Engineer, Contract Administrator, Assistant Project Manager, or similar project-based role.
- Proven end-to-end experience working on Class 2 residential recent-build projects is essential.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and project administration, with the ability to manage project documentation while effectively coordinating with site and construction teams.
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, Procore, AutoCAD, Revit and Bluebeam.
- Basic understanding of the NCC and DBPA.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
