We are a small family-run construction business looking for a motivated Junior Site Supervisor to join our team on a casual basis.

This role would ideally suit someone currently studying Construction Management, Building & Construction or a similar course who wants to gain real industry experience while completing their studies.

You’ll work directly alongside our Project Manager and builders across high-end residential homes and multi-unit developments throughout Melbourne, getting genuine exposure to how projects are managed and delivered on site.

The Role

Your day-to-day will include:

- Assisting with day-to-day site supervision
- Coordinating and communicating with trades and suppliers
- Checking progress and quality of works
- Reading and understanding construction drawings
- Assisting with construction programming and sequencing
- Coordinating materials and deliveries
- Quality control and defect management
- Keeping sites organised and running efficiently
- General hands-on assistance around site when required

The role will grow as your knowledge and confidence develop.

Who We're Looking For

Ideally, you will:
- Be studying Construction Management, Building & Construction or a related course
- Have a genuine interest in becoming a Site Supervisor or Project Manager
- Have a valid driver's licence




- Have a White Card or be willing to obtain one
- Be reliable, organised and willing to learn
- Be confident communicating with trades and suppliers
- Be happy to get involved and help out wherever required

Previous construction experience is not essential. We're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude who genuinely wants to learn the industry.
