This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, solving technology problems, and building a career in Information and Communications Technology. You'll work alongside experienced ICT professionals, gain exposure to a broad range of technologies, and play an important role in supporting our growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide first level high-quality service to end-users by triaging email requests and resolving issues where possible
- Manage the ICT requirements for onboarding and offboarding employees
- Manage the replacement of desktops and laptops
- Contribute and update the ICT Knowledge base
- Maintain asset registers
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for improvement to current ICT systems
