Keg Operations Coordinator

More than just a stadium, Adelaide Oval is one of Australia's most recognised destinations, hosting world-class sporting events, concerts, premium hospitality experiences and major events.

We are seeking a highly organised Keg Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. You'll be responsible for everything from keg logistics and stock management to maintaining dispense systems and supporting major events. If you're a hands-on worker who enjoys keeping things running smoothly, leading a team and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be your perfect pour.

What you'll be doing

- Manage keg inventory, including accurate tracking of stock levels, incoming deliveries, and outgoing dispatches.
- Maintain beer lines, dispensing equipment and stock levels to ensure product quality, operational reliability and event readiness.
- Lead, train and supervise casual keg operations staff during event periods.
- Conduct quality control checks on all kegs before and after use, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
- Operate essential brewery equipment safely and efficiently, which may include forklifts and keg washers.

What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in an operations, logistics, warehousing, or similar hands-on role, preferably within the food, beverage, or hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage inventory accurately and efficiently.
- Knowledge of keg systems,



beverage dispense equipment or hospitality beverage operations.
- Solid attention to detail with a focus on hygiene, quality control, and operational procedures.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

What you need for this role:
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (SA) certification
- High Risk Work Licence (LF Class)
- Valid driver's licence
- Manual Handling Training (or willingness to obtain)
- A willingness to work in a physically active role involving manual handling and stock movement.
