The Role:

We are seeking a reliable Kitchen Hand to join our busy kitchen team. You’ll play a vital role in supporting our chefs, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist chefs with basic food preparation and plating
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all kitchen areas
- Dispose of rubbish and adhere to hygiene and safety standards
- Restock kitchen supplies as needed
- Support the team during busy service periods
- About You:





- Previous experience as a kitchen hand, ideally in a high-volume venue
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Available to work Monday–Sunday (days and nights)
- Commitment to maintaining food safety and WHS standards
