About the role The Manly Club is a member-owned registered club on West Promenade, right on Manly Cove. We're looking for a reliable Kitchen Hand to join the back-of-house team. The bistro serves lunch and dinner, seven days a week.

Key responsibilities

- Dishwashing and keeping the pot wash under control through service

- Basic prep — peeling, portioning, salads, straightforward mise en place

- Cleaning down benches, floors, cool rooms and equipment to food safety standard

- Receiving and putting away deliveries, rotating stock

- Helping the chefs however they need it on a busy service

About you

- You turn up, on time, every rostered shift

- You can stay calm and keep moving when the pass is under pressure

- Unrestricted work rights in Australia

- Comfortable on your feet for a full shift, and able to handle hot, wet and physical work

- Must be 18 or over (licensed premises)
