Experience

Pega Senior Systems Architect (SSA) position:

Total Pega Experience: 7+ years

Role Experience: 3+ years as a practicing SSA across multiple accounts.

Certification: Must be a Certified Pega SSA.

International Exposure: At least 1 year of work experience in international markets (Australia, Europe, or the US).

Methodology: Strong experience in DevOps and Agile environments.

Soft Skills: Solid stakeholder management and the ability to collaborate across functional teams.

Technical Skills

Pega Rules & Tools: Deep knowledge of UI, Flows, Flow Actions, Harness, Integration, Agents, and Activities.

Debugging: Proficiency with Tracer, Clipboard, SMA, and Live UI.

Rules Management: Experience with export/import tools, skimming, and bulk processing.

Database: Good knowledge of SQL using Oracle.

Good to Have: Knowledge of Pega Robotics, API Standards, Enterprise Security Protocols, and experience with Pega upgrades or migrations (application/DB).
