- Own the design of leadership capability for an organisation where good leadership genuinely saves lives.
- Build programs that reach pilots, engineers, doctors, nurses, remote crews and corporate team across the largest health jurisdiction in Australia.
- Work with real autonomy in a small, high-trust People & Culture team that wants bold thinking, not a template.
- Full-time role based in Jandakot, with flexible working, free onsite parking and not-for-profit salary packaging.
About the team People & Culture at RFDS WA supports every part of a purpose-driven, safety-first organisation, from flight operations and aircraft maintenance to remote medical retrieval. You will work alongside HR Business Partners and culture and safety teams to turn leadership frameworks into development that changes how people lead, every day, in some of the most demanding operating environments in the country.
About the role
- Design and deliver leadership development programs that embed RFDS WA's leadership framework into coaching, performance and everyday development.
- Partner with leaders and subject matter experts across aviation, engineering and clinical teams to build learning that is practical and fit for operational environments, not generic theory.
- Use data and digital learning tools to measure impact and continuously sharpen what you deliver.
About you
- Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating leadership development programs, ideally within a complex, technical or operational workplace.
- Strong instructional design skills across a range of learning modalities, and the judgement to know when a workshop,
a coaching conversation or a digital solution is the right tool.
- Confident coaching and influencing leaders at every level, with genuine curiosity about what makes people and teams perform.
- Tertiary qualification in human resources, organisational development, adult education or a related field, or equivalent experience.
