Key responsibilities
- Conduct rental open homes
- Process applications
- Assist the property management team in finding suitable tenants for their properties
- Answer phones, and respond to tenant and applicant enquiries
- Assist Property Managers with day-to-day portfolio management
- Coordinate maintenance and contractor bookings
- Support leasing, inspections, and routine inspection processes
- Liaise with landlords and tenants
