About the role

You'll play a key part in our property management team - Day to day you'll run open homes, show prospective tenants through properties, process applications, and carry out entry, routine and exit inspections. It's a hands-on, out-and-about role with plenty of variety, ideal for someone who loves people and property and is looking for a supportive team genuinely invested in their mentoring and growth.

Key responsibilities

- Running open homes and private inspections

- Showing prospective tenants through available properties

- Processing tenancy applications from enquiry to approval

- Carrying out entry, routine and exit inspections

- Keeping accurate records and reporting on property condition

- Being a friendly, professional point of contact for tenants and owners

About you

- Reliable, punctual and well presented

- Genuinely great with people — warm, approachable and a transparent communicator

- Organised, with a good eye for detail

- Ready to build a career in real estate (experience is a bonus, attitude is a must)

- Hold a current driver's licence and a QLD Real Estate Certificate

- Great with people
