We are currently recruiting for a number of Legal Secretary roles for a National Personal Injury firm in based in their Sydney CBD office.

Key Responsibilities

- Drafting, formatting and preparing legal documents and correspondence
- File and matter management
- Diary and calendar management
- Preparing and filing court documents
- Liaising with clients and key stakeholders
- Providing administrative and legal support to fee earners

What We're Looking For:

- Prior legal experience is essential
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Professional communication skills
- A proactive and team-focused approach
- This role is not suitable for those currently studying law
