About the role

We are looking for Linemarking Operators or Labourers for Mainliner's Civil Linemarking Division. This is a full-time position working for an expanding business looking to hire the right individual to support our continued growth. We are keen to interview both experienced line markers and entry-level candidates interested in developing new skills in a growing business.

What you'll be doing

- Carefully operate line marking machinery to apply road markings, arrows, and other customised linework
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to keep it in optimal working condition
- Work closely with the broader construction team to coordinate line marking activities
- Identify and report any issues or defects in the work area
- Maintain detailed records of all work completed
- Set up and complete traffic control as required

What we're looking for

- Several years of experience as a line marking operator in the linemarking industry
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a line marking operator in the industry is required
- Real world experience as a traffic controller with current tickets
- Current traffic control certification must be held at the time of application
- Proficiency in operating a range of line marking equipment and line removal equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent time management and the ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines
- A valid driver's licence and a White Card. Traffic Control,



First Aid & Forklift would be advantageous
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver a professional, high-quality finish
- A proactive, safety-conscious approach to your work
- A strong Leader to assist with organising crews onsite.
- Be available for regular weekend work and night shift (where required). This is an essential requirement. If you cannot work at least one weekend a month please do not apply.
