About the Role
In this role you will be responsible for delivery of business improvement/organisational change programs/projects within the Custodial Delivery Group.
The primary accountabilities of the Manager, Custodial Delivery Group include: * Plan, supervise, and manage projects related to the successful implementation of the custodial reform agenda and divisional plan. * Provide direction to establish priorities and meet deadlines. * Develop relationships promoting productive communication and a positive work setting. * Implement relevant project controls to measure and monitor the conduct and progress of projects, including identification of key deliverables. * Develop, promote and implement project management governance frameworks. * Create, maintain and mentor colleagues in the development of business intelligence reporting to assist senior management in strategic decision making. * Manage risks and issues that may impact on the successful implementation of key outputs related to Custodial Operations reform. * Plan,



lead and implement organisational change activities that align to custodial operations reform agenda. * Develop, and provide expert strategic and tactical advice on the development and implementation of methodologies and frameworks to support business change. * Build and improve relationships with internal (cross-Government) and external stakeholders, including inter-jurisdictional partners and private sector service providers. * Promote a positive image ensuring effective partnerships are developed with client groups. * Proactively promote an effective working culture by capturing and sharing knowledge. * Provide high level advice and recommendations to senior management. * Supervise, motivate, encourage and coach staff in the performance of their duties.
