Your opportunity: * Deliver the vision of the department * Improve the educational outcomes of students in their schools * Develop the quality of teaching and learning * Nurture positive relationships between students, teachers, the community and stakeholders. * This role is available from 7 September 2026 to 11 December 2026. Responsibilities: * Lead the school community in delivering the Department of Education's vision and priorities. * Drive improved student achievement and educational outcomes. * Strengthen the quality of teaching and learning.



* Promote high standards for student and staff performance. * Foster a positive, inclusive and ethical school culture. * Build strong relationships with students, staff, families, community, industry and government partners. * Provide strategic and future-focused leadership. * Manage human, financial and physical resources effectively. * Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies and departmental requirements. * Champion qualified learning and continuous improvement.
