We are currently seeking Production Workers to join the Vanilla Batching team at Dr. Oetker's food manufacturing facility in Alderley. This is a great opportunity to join a well‑established company in a stable, Monday to Friday role. Great benefits, supportive team, immediate start!

What You'll Do:

- Sit at a workstation and cut ties/ropes from bundles of vanilla beans
- Place beans into machines for processing and monitor extraction
- Remove excess material and carry out quality checks
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times
- Wear latex gloves, keep the work area and machinery clean
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production target

What We Look For:

- Previous experience in food manufacturing or production is highly regarded
- Ability to follow safety, hygiene, and quality procedures
- Physically fit and able to work efficiently in a team setting
- Valuable attention to detail and reliability
- Willingness to learn and take direction

- Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM shifts
