We're seeking an experienced Dispatch Operator to join a well-established fertiliser plant. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in getting the job done safely and efficiently. This is a casual role to start with full-time hours on offer and overtime available in peak season.

What You'll Be Doing

- Dispatching bulk fertilizers (liquid and granular)
- Receiving incoming fertilizer products (bulk & packaged)
- Operating Front-End Loaders and forklifts safely and efficiently
- Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping across the site
- Identifying, reporting, and assisting with safety, quality, and maintenance issues

What We're Looking For:
- Loader ticket (essential) with proven operating experience
- Forklift experience highly regarded
- Strong commitment to safety and site procedures




- Ability to work 12-hour shifts with penalties when required (peak season)
- Flexibility to work extended hours during peak demand
- Reliable, proactive, and team-focused attitude
