Wagga Wagga Base Hospital is seeking Locum Obstetrics and Gynaecology Registrars to support upcoming roster coverage within Murrumbidgee LHD.

This role is suited to registrars with recent O&G; experience who are confident supporting obstetric and gynaecology presentations, ward reviews, clinical documentation, handover and escalation of care when required.

Clinical Environment:

Obstetrics and Gynaecology Registrar role

Hospital-based locum position at Wagga Wagga Base Hospital

Two positions available

Supportive clinical environment with escalation pathways available

Suitable for doctors with recent O&G; registrar-level experience

Key Duties:

Review and manage obstetric and gynaecology patients

Support ward-based care and acute presentations

Complete documentation and handover as required

Escalate clinical concerns appropriately

Work collaboratively with medical, midwifery, nursing and allied health teams

Eligibility Criteria:

Current AHPRA Registration

Recent Obstetrics and Gynaecology registrar-level experience





Strong communication and clinical documentation skills

Ability to work safely within scope and escalate appropriately

Current CV, references and compliance documents as required
