Are you a Logistics or Operations Manager looking for a new chance? If so, we have a full time position for you based in our new Epping Warehouse.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading and optimising the end-to-end warehouse, workshop, logistics and supply chain operations to ensure secure, efficient and cost-effective service delivery. This role oversees inventory management, procurement, freight and supplier performance while driving operational excellence through continuous improvement,



technology adoption and data-driven decision-making. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, maintain strong operational controls and champions systems, automation and best-practice processes that support business growth, quality and customer satisfaction.

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

- Lead the successful relocation of warehouse operations to the new remote site (Epping): end-to-end project planning, phased cutover and business continuity so service levels are maintained throughout. Your work location in the interim will be Cremorne before relocating warehouses to the Northern Suburbs.
- Lead the end-to-end warehouse as well as workshop operations, including safety, quality, productivity and daily shift planning.
- Own logistics and supply chain: inbound and outbound freight, carrier performance, cost per order and service levels.
- Manage procurement: pricing negotiation, purchase orders and supplier performance reviews.
- Own inventory and stock: stock accuracy, cycle counting, stocktakes, min/max levels,
- Own product within the warehouse: item set-up and data integrity, packaging, ranging changes and new product introduction into the warehouse.
- Lead, roster, coach and performance-manage direct reports.
- Report to the General Manager on cost, service, stock position,



ageing and obsolescence and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Champion new technology in the warehouse: act as the CRM/ERP super-user and system champion, driving effective use of scanning, reporting and inventory functionality.
- Identify, trial and embed automation and process improvements that lift accuracy, throughput and cost efficiency across the operation.
- Mentor and upskill the team on systems and best practice, contributing to global warehouse operations standards and shared ways of working.

About You

You have at least 5+ years prior experience working in a similar leadership position with exceptional people skills, operational mindset, solid warehousing/supply chain/ logistics knowledge, safety focussed, ability to juggle competing priorities and great time management, attention to detail, and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Previous experience working with NetSuite (ERP) and or within the Lighting industry will be highly regarded.
