Role Description The Logistics Coordinator (part-time, remote) will manage logistics activities related to solar projects, ensuring the timely and efficient movement of materials and equipment. Daily tasks include coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate records of inventory and stock levels. The role involves collaborating with suppliers, internal teams, and service providers to optimize supply chain operations and resolve delivery or service issues.

The Logistics

Coordinator will prepare documentation, support order processing, and help improve logistics workflows and systems. This position requires regular communication via digital tools and independent work in a remote setting.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor logistics performance, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with vendors,



internal stakeholders, and project partners.
- Candidates should possess Inventory Management capabilities to track stock levels, maintain records, and coordinate replenishment.
- Candidates should possess Supply Chain Management knowledge to understand end-to-end material flow, vendor coordination, and process optimization.
- Relevant skills such as attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving in a remote work environment.
- Comfort with digital tools (spreadsheets, inventory or ERP systems, online communication platforms).
- Prior experience in logistics, operations, or renewable energy projects is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is preferred but equivalent practical experience may be considered.
