Fancy six months where you're actually steering, not just executing someone else's plan?

This is a hands-on contract role sitting right at the centre of a live Oracle Fusion ERP rollout, working directly with a Group Finance Controller who wants a real finance partner, not another pair of hands.

You'll own month-end, work closely with country finance teams, and have genuine input into how the system actually gets adopted, not just be told what to configure.

It's fully remote, so run it from wherever suits you. And the organisation itself is one most Australians would recognise instantly for the work it does restoring people's sight overseas, the kind of place where the mission makes the day-to-day genuinely worth it.

What we need:





- Solid management accounting experience, including owning month-end across more than one entity or region
- Comfortable working directly with stakeholders outside finance — this is a relationship-heavy seat, not a back-office one
- Some exposure to ERP implementation or adoption — Oracle Fusion is ideal, but not essential
