We are currently seeking accomplished Management Consultants with experience across technology, strategy and transformation to lead workstreams and shape critical engagements across our key clients.

In this role, you'll partner with senior leaders in ASX-listed organisations, providing structured advice, leading strategic initiatives and enterprise-wide change, and taking accountability for business-critical outcomes that deliver measurable value.

This is a fast-paced, high-impact opportunity suited to a consultant who can confidently navigate technical and business environments, influence senior stakeholders, provide direction to project teams and translate ambiguity into pragmatic, executable solutions.

We are looking for Management Consultants to join our growing teams across Sydney and Brisbane, initially on a 6-month max-term contract with the potential for extension.

The opportunity #yourrole

- Lead transformation assessments, defining the problem statement, analytical approach and recommendations across technology enablement and process improvement
- Own technology rationalisation and enhancement workstreams across enterprise systems, balancing strategic priorities, delivery constraints and risk
- Direct analysis of large, complex datasets, synthesising insights into evidence-based recommendations and clear implications for senior decision-makers
- Develop and present compelling executive-level narratives that communicate findings, options, recommendations and future-state designs
- Shape future-state operating models, capabilities and process improvements aligned with strategic objectives,

- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, facilitate alignment and constructively challenge assumptions to advance organisational change objectives
- Translate business and change priorities into structured workplans, clear accountabilities, decision points and measurable deliverables
- Oversee the rapid production and quality assurance of executive-ready deliverables, including PowerPoint decks, Excel-based analyses and decision papers
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across delivery planning, governance, risk management and reporting, while coaching junior team members and maintaining workstream momentum

About you:

- Substantial consulting experience delivering complex business and technology transformation outcomes, with ownership of defined workstreams or project modules
- Strong background in business process, change or organisation transformation, supported by structured problem-solving and hypothesis-led analysis
- Demonstrated experience leading technology transformation and/or rationalisation initiatives in complex organisations
- Advanced analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to direct complex analysis, interpret large datasets and connect insights to business value
- Exceptional PowerPoint capability, with the ability to structure an executive narrative, sharpen key messages and produce decision-ready presentations
- Experience shaping future-state processes, operating models and transformation roadmaps from diagnosis through to implementation planning
- Ability to frame ambiguous problems,



identify the critical questions and translate complexity into practical recommendations and actions
- Executive-level communication, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills, including the confidence to influence, challenge and build consensus
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, maintain delivery quality and coach junior consultants in a fast-paced client environment
