The Role

You'll hold significant responsibility for technical leadership, delivery outcomes and client trust on complex OT / ICS cyber security engagements, leading through collaboration and sound skilled judgement, and holding yourself and others to a high standard of quality. You'll influence senior stakeholders and contribute directly to SIS's growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Take full accountability for delivery of complex OT / ICS cyber security engagements, to time, cost and quality targets
- Lead delivery across the FEED cycle, threat assessments, architecture and training services
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders across engineering, operations, cyber and executive leadership
- Provide technical leadership and peer review, ensuring outcomes meet SIS's quality and assurance standards
- Mentor and develop consultants, building team capability and professional growth
- Continuously improve ways of working, tools and methods across the practice

What We're Looking For

hands-on OT / ICS cyber security expertise, known for setting technical direction through credibility rather than position
- Proven track record leading complex consulting engagements with autonomy and influence
- Strong stakeholder credibility across engineering, operations, cyber and executive audiences
- Comfortable owning a client relationship and the commercial side of an engagement, not just the technical delivery
- A clear commitment to quality, integrity, accountability and teamwork

Nice to have:

- Direct experience with control systems (SCADA, DCS, PLC or similar), ideally including time with an asset owner or operator
- IEC 62443 certification, or equivalent demonstrated experience
