About the Role

The Manufacturing Manager will manage production time tables, manage the manufacturing facility, execute manufacturing projects and manage the team.

We are looking for a self-starter who is up and coming, who is looking to progress their career and add real value at our facility. This role will suit a person who is willing to make significant positive contributions to the overall success of APL, and to work with an exceptional group of friendly and talented people.

Key responsibilities will include

- Management of the day-to-day manufacturing operations, production planning, and warehousing.
- Responsible for completion of manufacturing projects.
- Working with labs teams to scale formulations
- Working with Supply team for inventory management
- Machine management




- Management of site contractors.

Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in operational, engineering, or manufacturing role, ideally within a GMP environment.
- Candidates with an engineering qualification are of particular interest.
- Experience with Health & Safety regulations
- Strong people management skills
